Air Filter

FILTER MEDIA
Features
  • Polyester fiber forms a density gradient of certain thickness making an effective filtration for particulates when a large quantity of air flow through porous openings.
  • Resistance to flame can be add, preventing conflagration and can be cut off as in roll or sheet.
  • Frequently used in air filtration, car, various filter for painting booth exhaust and pre-filter in factories.

PRE FILTER(Panel, Bending)
Features
  • Normal n-woven fatrics or Flame resistant n-woven fatrics as media
  • Prolongs the life of Meidum, Hepa Filter
  • In the case of bended-shpae Media, the filtration area and the efficiency of filtration is large and also long-lived. Therefore, it is cost-effective
  • Panel type is also cost-effective as it is easy to change media and the maintenance cost is low.

PRE FILTER(BAG)
Features
  • Remaining non-woven fabric in form of a pocket increases the filtration process capacity by a factor of four when applied to the same amount of area.
  • Ranaining non-woven fabric with density gradient has large filtration capacity and lasts long.
  • These air filters are used in hospital buildings, paint booth, Electrical Industry, precision machines and pre-processes.

MEDIUM FILTER
Features
  • on the basis of colorimetric method, it has the filtration efficiency of 60 - 90%
  • Used for pre-processes of HEPA FILTERS in Clean Room and Precision Machine Industry.
  • Also used as the final filter for air filtration in buildings and factories.
  • Can be selected from Polyester, Polypropilen-e, Glass Fiber, Aluminum and Carbon Acrylic depending on the temperature and the characteristics of particulates.

HEPA FILTER
Features
  • Over 99.97% filtration efficiency at DOP 0.3§­ particle.
  • Area of Media can be extended appropriately so that it is suitable when significant amount of wind handling is required.
  • High-temperature Hepa Filters can stand up to 180¡É under direct heat and 250¡É under non-direct heat.
  • Can be selected from Polyester, Polypropilen-e, Glass Fiber, Aluminum and Carbon Acrylic depending on the temperature and the characteristics of particulates.
